There’s a new case in the U.S. that’s reigniting the debate over police violence and neglect. A man was arrested by the police and his spine was broken in several places. He is now hospitalized and is in danger of never walking again.
Randy Cox was arrested by Connecticut State Police and placed in a cell van on suspicion of illegal weapons possession.
